Who we are

EDEL is a building company based in Mallorca. It was founded 25 years ago in Italy by the architect Pietro Delporto.

​

Over the last 25 years we have been designing and constructing residential and commercial projects, from luxury villas to prestigious hotels and restaurants, in Italy, France and Spain. 

 

We offer a combination of expertise in high-quality construction and architectural knowledge, ensuring thereof efficiency and reliability in the management of projects.

What we do

EDEL is specialised in new constructions, renovation works and energy-efficient constructions certified Passivhaus.

 

We provide architectural assessment and we execute every phase of the construction process, from excavation works to roof finalisation.

​

We work in English, in French, in Italian and in Spanish.
